Hair styling/cutting suggestions???

I have super long hair. It's past the middle of my back.

My problem is that it always ends up in my face so I put it behind my ears. But I hate how it looks behind my ears! I can't stand having it in my face but when I put it behind my ears I think I look like a hippy. My goal is to have hair that I can wear down, is manageable, and still long. Does anybody have any styling/cutting ideas that can help me?

try to get it cut into layers that is what i did with mine and worked great.

get a side fringe, then it won't be in your face and you wont feel like tucking it behind your ears.

also you could get a small hair scrunchie and take a little bit of your hair from near your face and tie it at the back of your head and your hair is still down apart from those little front bits of hair that get in your face.
