What can I do with my short hair?

I have short hair down to the base of my neck when straight. I have bangs that are cut slanted...

Hair styles I hate:

Curled

Spiked

Headbands

wavey

pigtails

pony tails

layered

extensions

My hair grows extremely slowly, this is the longest my hair has even been. I have 2 genetic bone diseases which cause my hair to be weak, tangly, and my hair gets damaged easily. Its very fine and thin. Got any ideas on what I can do with it?

I absolutely hate the girly girl look, so nothing cute-sy etc.
