have this thing for the scene/emo haircuts and i think they are cool and stuff.i have been wanting to cut my hair in that style for a while now

I have long black hair(goes a couple of inches past my chin)

The more expensive the better.

They have a knack for figuring out this kind of stuff based

on your face shape and coloring.

After that you can go to your regular person and they can follow the lines the expensive person used to cut your hair.

You should put reds and blondes in it but not alot so that it will still be dark.
