Layer it! Put in like, 5-7 layers, and bangs and it'll look really cute! And when you style it, use just enough hair gel to get a bit everywhere and fingerstyle.

I have lots of layers in mine and it thinned it out. The layers also give me a cute style to work with. You have to make sure the person knows what they're doing! I have had someone razor my hair to hell one time. Slivering with scissors and using a razor will not give you the same result, so don't buy that if they try to tell you that. Make sure the layering will be something you can manage and style on your own. My shortest layer is to my eye for my bangs and all the way around. My hair is shoulder length and its razored all the way down. So cute, easy to work with and has versatility. Everyone is different, speak with a stylist you trust.

I too have VERY thick hair. I had it cut fairly short, and layered all over. I use bed head products to make it chunky and texturized/ spiky in the back and part it on the side in the front with choppy bangs. Layers are definitley the way to go!

poor u i hav that same problem %26amp; layering always was worse for me, i suggest getting it thinned, theyll take special siccors and just take a bunch of hair off, tell them to take ALOT or it wont be worth it.

There are scissors called "thinning shearers" ask for that. it works wonders. i have super thick hair also. and tell them to use the blade too. this makes it choppy, when you keep it straight and one length it makes it seem thicker.

Also, try thinning it out with some thinning shears (but let a trained hair prof. do it!)

If your hair is super thick, don't cut the actaul length too short.. keep it a bit longer..

I cut mine very short, and it looks great, and isn't thick anymore!

You can get it layered. And when you go to get it done ask them if they can thin it for you..It will take alot of the weight off.
